SUBSTANCE: architecture of creating flexible bodies is described, that is suitable for the curved body shapes. In one example, the silicon crystal body has a plurality of silicon crystals embedded in the flexible substrate, a flexible gasket layer over the embedded crystals, a thin-filmed heat-distributional layer over the substrate, opposite the flexible gasket layer. The flexible substrate with crystals and a gasket has a curved shape, and the flexible substrate is cured so that the flexible substrate retains its shape.

EFFECT: assembly of low-profile and highly integrated systems.
