FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of new carbon materials and discloses a method for mechanical transfer of graphene obtained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on copper to polymer materials. Method of transfer of graphene from copper to polymer material includes arrangement of graphene composite/metal substrate/graphene between two layers of polymer, hot pressing of polymer layers at pressure 0.1–0.3 kgf/cm2 and temperature of 181–190 °C with curing for 10 minutes to obtain composite polymer/graphene/metal substrate\graphene\polymer. Obtained composite is cooled to room temperature. Mechanical transfer of polymer/graphene composite from metal substrate with stabilization of polymer/graphene composite/metal substrate between two rigid substrates.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the method of transferring graphene from a metal substrate onto a polymer material, which enables to obtain high-quality graphene on an industrial scale, while preserving copper for subsequent use.
