FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of novel materials, such as polymer-graphene composites, obtained by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Invention can be used in acoustics. Method of making the thermoacoustic emitter based on graphene involves synthesis of graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on a catalytic substrate in a mixture of inert gases at atmospheric pressure, transfer of graphene to a polymer surface and formation of electrodes. Graphene is synthesized on a catalytic substrate in a mixture of gases Ar/H2/CH4, the ratio of components of which mass is 450:100:1, graphene is transferred onto a polymer surface to obtain a polymer-graphene-copper composite by thermal pressing at temperature of 110 °C for 10 minutes with force of 0.1 kgf/cm2, obtained polymer-graphene-copper composite on two opposite sides is glued with adhesive tape for protection against removal of two copper strips at subsequent etching. Adhesive tape after etching and washing of the composite is peeled off, and the remaining copper bands on the obtained polymer-graphene composite are used as electrical contacts to which wires are soldered. Polymer surface is a surface of a polymer sheet consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and ethylene vinyl acetate (PET and EVA).
EFFECT: providing a simple and cheap method of making a thermoacoustic radiator based on a graphene film.
