FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: strengthened glass capacity undergoes the strengthening process which creates the compression at a surface and stretching within the capacity wallside. The strengthening process is worked out in such a way that the stretching within the wallside is large enough to guarantee the capacity damage in case when the infertility is threatened by a full depth crack. The central stretching is superior or equal to the threshol tensile stress approximately 15 MPa. The storage power density is calculated by (CT2/E) ⋅ (t-2DOL)⋅(1-ν) and is equal or superior to 3.0 MPa⋅mcm where the CT is a tensile stress (MPa), E is a E-modulus of the glass, t is a capacity wallside thickness (mm), DOL is a layer depth (mm) at which tension vary with positive (positive contraction) on negative (stretching), u ν is a glass Poisson's transverse strain ratio.
EFFECT: exclusion of any integrity violability of the pharmaceutical.
