FIELD: dielectrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of localized deposition of metal layers or structures on the surfaces of dielectrics of various types. A method for producing material for an enzyme-free biosensor by laser-induced coprecipitation of copper and other metals, for example, zinc, nickel, iron, cobalt, silver metals from a solution of a mixture of their chlorides or nitrates. Add transition metal chloride Fe, Co, Ni, Zn to an electrolyte solution containing a copper source CuCl2, a reducing agent xylitol, a ligand sodium potassium tartrate, an acidity regulator NaOH, or add silver nitrate to a solution containing a copper source Cu(NO3)2, a reducing agent xylitol, ligand sodium potassium tartrate, acidity regulator NaOH. In the specified solution, laser-induced simultaneous coprecipitation of metals is carried out using a laser scanner, retrofitted with a flow cell for deposition at a scanning speed of 100–300 mm/s and at a laser radiation power of 1000–4000 mW and a flow rate of the deposition solution through the cell of 0.1– 3 l/h.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the rate of copper deposition, increase resistance to oxidation in aqueous solutions, and increase signal stability.
