SUBSTANCE: in the method implementation, the following is determined: own speed (v1) of vehicle (1), own longitudinal acceleration (a1), own relative distance (dx) to front object (2) and second speed (v2) and second acceleration (a2) of front object (2). Depending on status parameters (v1, a1, dx, v2, a2) of evaluation, whether there is an emergency braking situation, two different evaluation methods (BV1, BV2) are used. Depending on state parameters (v1, a1, dx, v2, a2), it is determined which of these different evaluation methods (BV1, BV2) will be used. Also, a control device for dynamic motion control system for own vehicle and a control system of dynamic vehicle motion are proposed.

EFFECT: reliable detection of an emergency braking situation and reduced likelihood of unnecessary braking.
