SUBSTANCE: two-layer surfacing of materials of different hardness along the beam-like wear axis is carried out. The first layer is surfaced with an electrode with a low-carbon rod. While surfacing the second layer, the paste is used, which contains 65…70% of PRH30SRNDJu-type iron-based powder, 20…23% of titanium carbide, 3…5% of nickel, and BF-2 glue - the rest. Wherein the paste is applied with a layer of 1.6…1.8 mm onto the surface of the first surfaced layer, dried until solidified at a temperature of 80°C for 6…8 minutes, and surfacing is carried out by an electric arc of direct polarity, using a vibrating carbon electrode, while the current is 55…60 A, voltage - 27…30 V, vibration frequency and amplitude of the carbon electrode - 8…10 Hz and 2…3 mm respectively.
EFFECT: increasing the hardness and wear resistance of restored and strengthened working bodies of soil-cultivating machines in conditions of intensive abrasive wear.
