FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: based on prenatal screening in accordance with the FMF standard, pregnant women with a high risk of chromosomal fetal anomalities receive qualitative sonoelastography of the cervix using standard colour mapping and the type of cervix sonoelastogram is determined: type one - the cervix is displayed on the sonoelastogram in blue-violet. Type 2 - the cervix is displayed on the sonoelastogram in blue and yellow. Type three - a red path is visualized on the cervix sonoelastogram. Type four - more than 50% of the tissue volume is represented in red on the cervix sonoelastogram. Type five - the cervix is displayed on the sonoelastogram in dominant red colour. For the third, fourth and fifth types of sonoelastograms, invasive diagnosis of chromosomal fetal anomalities takes place.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the diagnostic study to assess the risk of chromosomal fetal anomalities by careful selection of pregnant women, for whom invasive diagnosis is prescribed, due to the possibility of assessing the degree of cervix softening by qualitative sonoelastography.
