SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for cross-linking the tissues of the eyeball comprises: instrument for introducing a photosensitizer and nanoparticles into eyeball tissue, and a laser radiation source configured to emit radiation which is intended for simultaneous activation of each of the photosensitizer and nanoparticles, wherein the laser radiation source also comprises one or more of a second harmonic generation crystal and a third harmonic generation crystal for generating radiation intended to create a channel through the epithelial layer of eyeball tissues; system for directing and focusing laser radiation in relation to eyeball tissues and computer for controlling the system. At that, the computer is programmed to control laser radiation so that: create at least a channel through a layer of epithelium of eyeball tissues; cause instrumentation of photosensitizer and nanoparticles into canal through epithelial layer of eyeball tissues and simultaneously activate each of photosensitizer and nanoparticles, wherein the photosensitizer being activated provides cross-linking in eyeball tissues. Nanoparticles, when activated, catalyze cross-linking by means of a photosensitizer.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will make it possible to strengthen corneal stability.
