FIELD: electrode means for addressing functional element. SUBSTANCE: proposed electrode means includes first and second electrodes, the latter being placed over first one. Electric insulation material is so positioned on crossing of first and second electrodes that electrodes overlap one another without any direct physical and electric contact and form structure in the form of bridge. Means also has contact layer presenting current conducting or semiconductor organic material located above first and second electrodes with possibility of electric contact with both first and second electrodes. There is also proposed facility incorporating two or more electrode means with functions of information detection, storage or indication.
