FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: at the first stage thoraco is formed, through which the pleural cavity is sanitized. At the second stage a bronchoscope is introduced into the trachea, a wire is introduced into the bronchial fistula via bronchoscope channel, ASD-occluder is fixed at the wire by the thoraco, the wire with ASD-occluder are drawn into the fistula, intrabronchial disk of the ASD-occluder is straightened under the control of the bronchoscope, stand of the outer disk of the ASD-occluder is controlled by the thoraco, the wire is disconnected from the ASD-occluder and it is removed from the bronchoscope.
EFFECT: method enables to effectively sanitize the pleural cavity, accelerate the healing process, improve the patient's life quality.
