FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: centering units are installed in the openings to be checked of a measurement object. The measurement object is installed with the central opening on the centering mandrel and fixed. The measuring unit is arranged on the centering mandrel, ensuring the alignment of the readings on the counting head when a measuring probe touches the points of the opening of the first centering unit, extreme in the angular direction. The measuring unit is fixed. The head is rotated in the first socket for a full turn, fixing the first largest and smallest samples, by the half-difference of which the positional deviation of the first opening to be checked is determined in its first cross-section. The head is moved along the axis of the first socket. The full turn of the head is repeated, fixing the second largest and smallest samples, by the half-difference of which the positional deviation of the first opening to be checked is determined in its second cross-section. The positional deviation of the first opening to be checked is determined by the larger value of the two positional deviations.
EFFECT: expanding the technological capabilities of the method for measuring the positional deviation of the opening axes relative to the base central opening of the part.
