FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for predicting hematogenic metastasis in case of double-sided synchronous invasive carcinoma of non-specific mammary glands. Histological assessment of infiltrative component of neoplasms tissue in both mammary glands is carried out, during which the number of different structures from 1 to 5 is calculated, among which additionally alveolar, trabecular, solid structure and discrete groups of tumour cells are defined, presence of structures in points is estimated and Y regression equation value is calculated by formula: Y=(-41.1+2.2X1-1.3X2-0.74X3), then the value of haematogenous metastases development probability P is determined by formula: P=eY/(1+eY) and upon P≥50 % determine high, and upon P<50 % - low risk of haematogenous metastases development.
EFFECT: method increases accuracy and information value of hematogenic metastasis prediction.
