FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to oncology and can be used to predict risk of metastasis in lymphatic duplex synchronous invasive carcinoma of nonspecific type mammary glands. Method comprises: histological examination of both mammary glands, in which determination of infiltrative component tissue growth, where number of different types of structures from 1 to 5, among which are additionally alveolar, trabecular, solid structure and discrete group of tumour cells. In presence of structures of any type in infiltrative component tumour said index is estimated as 1 point, in presence of two different types of structures-2 points and so on, then availability or absence in infiltrative component discrete groups of tumour cells, no index is estimated as 1, and if in 2 points, also, intensity of inflammatory infiltration of tumour stroma, without it or presence of mild inflammatory infiltration stroma index is estimated as 1 point at moderate in 2 points, if sharply expressed infiltration stroma index is appraised as 3 points, also tumour stroma hyalinosis is assessed at absence or presence of weakly expressed hyalinosis stroma index is estimated as 1 point, moderately expressed hyalinosis in 2 points, if sharply expressed hyalinosis stroma in 3 points. Further, value of regression equation Y is calculated using a formula, which is used in claim to determine value of probability of developing lymphogenic metastases P. P > 50 % shows high, while P < 50 % shows a low risk of developing lymphogenic metastases. Sensitivity of method was 100 %, specificity was 83 %.

EFFECT: invention provides improved accuracy and information value of method.
