SUBSTANCE: method of joint arithmetic and noise-immune coding in which, on the transmitting side, the next symbols of the information sequence are arithmetic coded taking into account the previous coded symbol into the next part of the compressed sequence, and on the receiving side, the next part of the received sequence is stored, arithmetically decoded taking into account the previous decoded symbol, if the previous decoded symbols coincide with the corresponding previous decoded symbols from the current decoding sub-slots, it is concluded that there are no transmission errors, otherwise one or more bits in the memorized successive parts of the received sequence are in turn inverted.
EFFECT: providing the joint arithmetic and noise-immune coding of the redundant binary information sequence with reducing the complexity of transmission error correction.
