SUBSTANCE: for the determination of red food coloring synthetic carmuazine voltammetric method after preliminary sample preparation test samples are placed in an electrochemical cell for determining carmuazine by continuously differentiating the current voltammetry with a preliminary matter accumulation on the electrode for 150 seconds at a potential of 0.1 V. The determination is carried out in a hydrophthalate buffer solution with a pH of 4.01 at a potential sweep rate of 0.08 V/s using an indicator mercury film electrode and a silver chloride electrode in the potential range of 0.1 to -0.4 V. For calculating karmuazine concentration using the calibration curve of a standard solution of the dye at a potential of electroreduction of -0.1 V.
