FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices that are destined for automatically controlled express-testing of the iron-base alloy compositions, more specifically on the basis of the ferritic phase content in different grades of steel in the casting and, first and utmost, in the steel tests and calibration samples. The steel phase composition control member comprises an alternating current power supply, composed of a sine-wave oscillator and an alternating current amplifier, a unit, recording the measurement result, and a current-sensing device. According to the invention, the device additionally comprises an indicator that represents the measurement result, a microcontroller responsible for the sine-wave oscillator and the recording the measurement result unit that permits the implementation of the digital signal processing functions, the data record function, the displaying the data on the indicator function and the data transfer function. In the capacity of the alternating potential amplifier, the solitary power amplifier is used. It represents the cascade connection of the voltage amplifier, the operating member of which is the operational amplifier, and the cascade on the complementary transistored assemblage, the power supply of which is plugged into the rectifiers ±25 B outlets. The power amplifier inlet is attached to the microcontroller digital-analog converter outlet and the outlet to the drive winding of the primary transducer, whereupon, the primary transducer represents the drive winding and the measurement winding that are placed coaxially. Moreover, the measurement winding outlet is attached to the prime amplifier. The reducing transformer, the secondary windings of which are attached to the voltage rectifiers ±25 B inlets, the constant-voltage regulator +3.3 B and +5 B, the inlets of which are attached to the voltage rectifier +25 B outlet, the solitary prime amplifiers of the range from the current-sensing device and of the range from the measurement winding, the outlets of which are attached to the current-sensing device and to the measurement winding respectively, and the outlets to two channels of the analog-to-digital coder of the microcontroller, are also used in the capacity of the alternating potential amplifier.

EFFECT: growth of the reliability and credibility of the automated measurement of the ferritic phase content in the sample or test specimen, the ferritic phase measurement uncertainty is lower.
