SUBSTANCE: device comprises a decoding unit of intraframe luminance prediction mode which decodes a syntax element of intraframe luminance signal prediction; a decoding unit of intraframe colour difference prediction mode; a unit of intraframe luminance signal prediction, and a unit of intraframe colour difference signal prediction of colour difference signal transform unit. In case when the pixels of the luminance signal and the colour difference signal are different from each other, the decoding unit of intraframe colour difference prediction mode converts the mode number of the first intraframe colour difference prediction mode used in the case of equality of aspect ratios to each other and extracts the second intraframe colour difference prediction mode used in case when aspect ratios are different from each other.

EFFECT: providing encoding of the intraframe prediction mode in accordance with the colour difference format.
