SUBSTANCE: image decoding device comprises an intra-frame brightness prediction mode decoding unit, which decodes a first syntax element related to the intra-frame prediction mode of the brightness signal; a unit for decoding intra-frame color-difference prediction mode, which decodes a second syntax element associated with a color-difference of color-difference signal intra-prediction mode; intra-frame prediction unit of brightness signal; and intra-frame prediction of color difference signal unit, wherein, when the aspect ratio of the brightness signal and the color difference signal are different, the intra-frame color-difference prediction mode decoding unit extracts the second intra-frame prediction mode based on the conversion table, in which the mode of intra-frame prediction of the angle prediction direction is specified as the second mode of intra-frame prediction of color saturation used at different aspect ratios.
EFFECT: technical result consists in efficient decoding of an image signal as a result of intra-frame prediction in accordance with a color-difference format.
