SUBSTANCE: thrower contains a handle 1 with a shelf 2 for an arrow 3 and a bowstring 4. At the ends of the handle 1, rigid arms 5 are provided with rollers or blocks 6 through which the bowstring 4 passes, and the other ends thereof are connected to the handle 1 through the tension springs 7. The arms 5 have protrusions 9 with rollers 10 which ineract with the handle 1 through auxiliary flat springs 11, which can also be compression and tension springs.
EFFECT: increased operational life of the device and stability of the shot.
