The oxygen separating unit output side is further connected to a purge gas supply unit to guide the purge gas through the oxygen separating device. At the same time, the input side of the oxygen separating device is connected to a drain conduit to guide the exhaust gas from the oxygen separator. The oxygen separator further includes a pressure regulating device (40) to create a pressure difference between the input side and the output side of the oxygen separating device.
