FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, a gear ring with hollow teeth, each of which is made of a pair of plates which are identical in profile and sizes to working sections of tooth side surfaces, and pairs of circular linings, which outer diameter is equal to the diameter of circle of the gear ring teeth circumference fixed on the body ends, and between which the plates are fixed to form the teeth. Inside the cavity of each tooth adjoining to the wheel body, there is a hollow sleeve with attachment in this cavity and full filling thereof, which surfaces form a closed volume. In the area of the liner surface adjacent to the missing non-working portion of the tooth side surface, there is a through cut advancing the wheel movement and having a size equal to this missing section size.
EFFECT: improved gear wheel lubrication quality.
