FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body, gear ring with hollow teeth, each of which is made of a single rectangular plate bent along the tooth profile calculated for said wheel, and pairs of circular linings, which outer diameter is equal to the diameter of circumference of gear ring teeth vertices fixed on body ends. The gear ring teeth are fixed between cover plates and on the wheel body. During rotation in advancing side surfaces of the teeth, there are gaps relative to the wheel body, and lagging side surfaces of teeth are perforated.

EFFECT: improved gear wheel lubrication quality.
