FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel contains a body, a pair of annular linings with outer circumference diameter equal to the diameter of the circumference of the toothed crown tips fixed to the ends of the body, and between which the gear wheel teeth are fixed. Each tooth is made of a pair of rectangular plates curved along the profile of the working areas of the tooth lateral surfaces, calculated for the given gear, with equal area. Between the upper ends of the rectangular plates, in place of the missing teeth tips, there are plugs fixed on the inner surfaces of the rectangular plates ends. For each tooth, the gap area between the lagging rectangular tooth plate and the gear wheel body is overlapped by an overlay attached to the inner surface of the lagging rectangular plate, along the overlay width, a series of through holes is provided adjacent to the gear wheel body.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
