FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: balloon that is attached to a balloon catheter and passed through the loading device is installed and crimped with a deformable carcass of a heart valve prosthesis of the selected size corresponding to the size of the affected aortic valve. The loading device is then pulled through the balloon catheter until the balloon with the heart valve prosthesis is drawn into the nipple. After that, a small amount of liquid is injected through the nozzle into the balloon, which inflates the edges of the balloon, but does not expand the heart valve prosthesis. The loading device is then inserted into the introducer before the lock engages with the retentor fixing element of the introducer. Advance the handle with an external catheter until the balloon is brought to the implantation site of the heart valve prosthesis and fixes the external catheter on the loading device with a fast releasable fixation element. After that, slide the slider on the handle. Introducing a balloon with a prosthetic heart valve in the fibrous ring of the aortic valve. Then, using a micro-screw, the cylinder with the valve prosthesis is positioned. Then, a liquid is injected into the balloon catheter via a syringe at a pressure of 4-6 atm. The balloon swells. The edges of the balloon expand, pushing the end edges and the frame until they are pressed against the tissues of the left ventricle and the walls of the sinuses of Valsalva. The method is realized by means of the claimed device.
EFFECT: improving the safety of the transcatheter valve implantation method, by increasing the accuracy of the positioning of the heart valve prosthesis and the reliability of its fixation in the fibrous ring of the affected aortic valve.
