FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: physical features of substance in flux measuring device comprises a waveguide resonator at a measuring section. The non-conducting pipeline with the controlled dielectric substance is installed through the through-holes on the opposite ends along the long axis of the resonator. The device also comprises the electromagnetic oscillator and the electronic unit that are attached to this resonator by dint of the communication elements. Upon that, the waveguide resonator is made in the form of the right-angled waveguide resonator where the oscillations of the type H10n, n=1, 2, …, are excited and where the dielectric loading with the same lateral size, as the rectangular resonator has, is adjusted against each of resonator's narrow wall. The longitudinal size of the loading has the value of , where L - is the resonator length in the longitudinal plane, ε - is the material dielectric capacitance of every loading.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of measurement accuracy increase.
