FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: stand for diagnostics and cleaning of nozzles of an automobile internal combustion engine equipped with a low-pressure gasoline injection system. The stand has a microprocessor control system with software. The stand enables conducting diagnostics and cleaning of nozzles with an electromagnetic drive by supplying chemical liquid cleanser (CLC) to their hydraulic inlets or combined CLC and air, and supplying control pulses to nozzles with an electromagnetic drive. Parameters of diagnostic modes are stored in the stand memory, eighteen cleaning units with controlling frequency-modulated pulses in wide range of rotation frequencies of internal combustion engine and eight technologically complete programs of cleaning consisting of four cleaning units each automatically executed without operator's participation.
EFFECT: improved labour productivity and efficiency of nozzles cleaning with electromagnetic drive.
