FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: amplifier consists of several amplification stages based on a matrix of microtriodes with field-emission cathodes. The output anode-grid line of the previous stage is the input cathode-grid line of the subsequent amplifying stage. The matrix dimensions of the microtriodes of the input amplifying stage are selected based on the value of the upper boundary of the operating frequency range. The number of amplifying stages is selected based on the required valus of gain and output power.

EFFECT: reduced input capacitance of the distributed amplifier and increased upper limit of the operating frequency range, reduced weight and dimension indicators of the distributed amplifier.
