FIELD: surveillance systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a centralized system of photo-video recording of offenses. The centralized system of photo-video recording of offenses and the flow of vehicles contains one or more recorders at each turn, each of which includes one or more recognizing video cameras, one or more infrared searchlights and one or more surveillance video cameras, as well as a remote server containing a computer. The remote server is designed as a transit data processing center. Switching equipment is additionally introduced into the system, an input of each of which is connected to a registrar, and an output is connected to a switching thermal cabinet connected via Ethernet to the computer connected to a central archive server and a storage system of the data processing center, while the switching thermal cabinet is also connected via Ethernet to the server of the video surveillance system.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability of the photo-video recording system is achieved.
