FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding, particularly, to production of flux-cored wire and may be used for surfacing of working surfaces of parts of mining and metallurgical equipment, which have increased requirements for hardness and wear resistance. Mixture of flux-cored wire contains the following, wt.%: carbon – 1.0-3.6, carbamide – 8.0-20.0, molybdenum – 5.0-21.0, tungsten – 1.0-8.0, vanadium – 2.0-6.0, aluminium – 1.0-4.5, nickel – 3.2-20.0, dust of electric filters of aluminium production – 1.0-15.0, iron – the rest.
EFFECT: improving properties of the weld metal, in particular, wear resistance and hardness, as well as prevention of formation of non-metallic inclusions (calcium oxides) during surfacing and cold cracks in the process of multilayer surfacing.
