SUBSTANCE: support for stabilising the forming bail inside the bail formation chamber of bail forming device includes an actuator and support elements connected in series therebetween and with the actuator. Each support element contains a retractable cutting blade. The actuator is configured to control the movement of the support elements between the open position in which the cutting blades are withdrawn from the bail formation chamber wall, with the possibility of forming a bail inside the bail forming chamber, a support position in which the cutting blades are inserted into the bail forming chamber providing support for the bail, and the cutting position for cutting the bail before removal from the bail formation chamber.

EFFECT: reducing the equipment cost and reducing the space occupied thereby.
