Vegetable jelly candies are proposed and contain granulated sugar, treacle, pectin, vegetable additive, citric acid; the vegetable additive is beetroot puree with beetroot content being equal to 10% of water content and crushed ginger root at the following ratio of original components % wt.: granulated sugar 30.0-31.0, treacle - 11.9, pectin 1.38, beetroot puree 48.0, ginger root 8.0-9.0, citric acid 0.62.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of product quality and food value, wider product range.
