FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: resilient dish-shaped element comprises a frame in which the resilient element is mounted. The lower part of the frame consists of a base made in the form of a disk with inner annular groove. The resilient element contains two flat resilient rings that are located coaxially. The rings are connected to each other by means of three resilient flat plates, obliquely located between the recesses. The lower ring is located in the disk groove. A ring of friction material is attached to the lower part of the lower ring to create a dry friction. The upper part of the frame is made in the form of a cover representing a disk with a central annular recess. The cover is rigidly connected with the upper ring by screws. The base of the resilient dish-shaped element through the resilient gasket is mounted on the washer mesh damper. The mesh damper base is performed in the form of a plate with mounting holes. The lower washer is connected with the base. The upper pressure washer is connected to a centrally located ring enclosed by a coaxially arranged ring connected to the base. Between the lower end of the piston and the shell bottom an additional resilient element is located, it is executed meshy with the same parameters of the mesh structure, as the main resilient mesh element.

EFFECT: increase the efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
