FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed tooth-brushing composition for teeth whitening and enamel reinforcement contains a zinc compound in an amount of 0.1 wt % to 5 wt % and an abrasive containing abrasive silica and calcium carbonate in a weight ratio of calcium carbonate to abrasive silica from 1:2 to 2:1. At that, the zinc compound is a mixture of two zinc compounds in which the weight ratio of the compounds can be in the range of 1:4 to 6:1. It is also proposed to use the said composition for teeth whitening and enamel strengthening, as well as an oral care kit containing such a composition and a method for teeth polishing and whitening and tooth enamel strengthening using this composition.
EFFECT: teeth whitening by using abrasive silica and enamel reinforcement by means of zinc absorption by enamel.
