FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition for a flexible filled composite material for low temperature applications comprising polysiloxane compounds with α,ω-dihydroxyl end groups having an average molecular weight of 2500-10000 g/mol, diisocyanate compounds, chain-extending with amine or hydroxyl end groups, which are linear oligomeric compounds with α,ω-amine or hydroxyl end groups having an average molecular weight of 400-5000 g/mol, a particulate filler and pyrogenic silicon dioxide as a reinforcing filler. The resulting composite material has high flexibility at temperatures up to about -100°C, has an elongation percentage of more than about 100%, and has a tensile strength of more than about 5 MPa. A method of producing the claimed composition is also provided.
EFFECT: proposed composition makes it possible to produce filled composite materials that combine elastic properties and high degrees of rigidity at low temperatures.
