FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device (1) for supplying an electrical voltage for electrical load of a household device comprising a power circuit module (2) which comprises a hybrid printed-wiring board (3) with the first circuit substrate (4) and the second circuit substrate (5), wherein the transition region (19) between the first and second circuit substrates (4, 5) has a lower thermal conductivity than the first and or second substrate (4, 5) of the circuits, and a thermal protection device for thermal protection of the power circuit module (2) wherein on the first circuit substrate (4) of the hybrid printed-wiring board (3) at least one semiconductor switch (6) there is located, configured to obtain a supply voltage for electrical load, and on the second circuit substrate (5) of the hybrid printed-wiring board (3), a temperature sensor is located (8) for the thermal protection device registering a temperature to which at least one semiconductor switch (6) is subjected during operation of the device (1), and wherein a heat-conducting film (13) is placed on the case of the power circuit module (2), which is applied to the metal region of the module case contacting the first circuit substrate and to the other region of the case made of a synthetic material and in contact with the second circuit substrate, wherein by the film (13) at least one semiconductor switch (6) and the temperatures sensor (8) are thermally connected to each other.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable protection of the power circuit module against overheating.
