FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: circulating water supply system contains a ventilator cooling tower, at least one circulating pump connected via pipelines to an inlet with a cooling water reservoir located at the bottom of the cooling tower, and an outlet with pressure pipelines for supplying cooled water, and the pool is provided with an overflow and discharge device, while next to the ventilator cooling tower in a separate building, installed on reinforced concrete supports, there is a machine room in which the circulation pump or circulating pumps and control means, filtering room, in which filters for catching mechanical impurities are installed, mounted on pressure pipelines of circulating pumps, inhibitory room for the supply of a corrosion inhibitor in water supply pipelines, and an electrical substation, and between the ventilator cooling tower and the machine room oil separators are located on reinforced concrete supports, connected to pipelines supplying water to the ventilator cooling tower, with all pipelines are located above the ground on reinforced concrete supports, and the ventilator cooling tower is made with a rectangular cross-sectional body formed by vertical and horizontal metal beams and side walls made of facing panels, on top of the body at least one fan is installed that contains a diffuser of the fan with an impeller mounted therein with an its rotation drive, and in the body under each of the fans, successively from top to bottom, drip catchers are installed, a system of water spray nozzles, connected to water distributing system, sprinklers and a cooling water reservoir, made in the form of a sump for collecting water, ventilator cooling towers are installed on a reinforced concrete piles, installed evenly under the body. Vertical metal beams are supported on a coaxial post mounted on each pile, the height of which is not less than the height of the side walls of the sump, the horizontal metal beams forming the lower casing of the body are supported on the upper end of the reinforced concrete piles around the posts installed on them and fixed to the latter with the formation of a horizontal base under the sump bottom, wherein along the perimeter of the body, the middle section of horizontal metal beams is connected above the ground with the bottom part of piles by bracing.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption for cooling of circulating water.
