FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises a plurality of the beam imaging devices, wherein each beam imaging device comprising a radiation detection panel including a plurality of pixels arranged in a two-dimensional array and configured to convert radiation into image signals, and a housing enclosing the radiation detection panel, wherein the plurality of the beam imaging devices is aligned so that a part of each of the beam imaging devices is overlaped spatially by radiation upon observation from the irradiation side, and the beam image is obtained based on the image signals from each of the plurality of the beam imaging devices. The housing of, at least, one beam imaging device from the plurality of beam imaging devices is formed such that the transmission coefficient of the housing radiation located in the overlap region is higher than the transmission coefficient of the housing radiation located in the region that is different from the overlap region, wherein a power switch of the beam imaging device, a display unit for displaying the power supply status of the beam imaging devices, and a connecting area of the beam imaging device are located in the housing located in the region that is different from the overlap region.

EFFECT: invention use allows to suppress artifacts arising on the second imaging device due to the housing of the first one.
