SUBSTANCE: heat-protective material based on ethylene-propylene-diene rubber includes the following component ratio, pt wt %: SKEPT-40 rubber - 100.0, sulfur 2.0, tiram D 0.5, captax 1.5, zinc oxide 3.0, stearin 2.0, technical carbon P-234 - 40.0, MUV micro-carbon fibres - 5.0-20.0. As a modifying additive, it contains MUV micro-carbon fibres pretreated with a 5 wt % solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin of grade STN-150 in acetone.
EFFECT: inventionmakes it possible to increase the strength of the heat-protective material and to increase the duration of heat-protective efficiency.
