SUBSTANCE: attenuator with wave impedance Zo and absorbed power Po contains two identical functionally finished structures on heat-conducting bases with their inputs and outputs connected respectively to the input and output terminals of the attenuator, and having matched loads, each of which has wave impedance 2Zo and absorbed power Po/2, all the connection points of the resistors of the first construction are electrically connected to the corresponding points of the second construction, respectively, and there is no thermal contact between the heat-conducting bases.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability due to increased efficiency of the heat sink.
