FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied in case of different neuroendoscopic operations upon central nervous system that require accurate application of a neuroendoscope along optimal trajectory towards the target desired. The suggested neuronavigation endoscopic system consists of a neuronavigator, a reference frame, two digital cameras, a navigation probe and a trocar, moreover, at working part of navigation probe and oliva has been fixed with the help of a screw, and as for neuronavigator, it is designed with possibility for program increase of neuronavigation probe's length up to the length of trocar with neuronavigation probe and oliva, as for the width of neuronavigation probe - up to external trocar's diameter. The application of the present method enables to decrease the risk of shifting navigation part against working part of the device and the risk to lose navigation at endoscope's turning.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
