FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel consists of a body and a gear rim. Each tooth is pivotally mounted for turning in the gear wheel rotation plane between the pair of circular linings, fixed on the ends of the gear wheel body, a half of the root base of each tooth located on the side of its side surface subjected to impact load at radial arrangement the tooth adjoins the gear wheel body, a second half of this root is shortened in height, and between the base of the second half and the gear wheel body there is an elastic gasket, the which area is equal to the area of the second half base, the shortening of the each tooth root portion is carried out by a value not greater than the height of the non-working portion of the tooth side surface, the cuts are made under shortened halves of tooth roots in gear wheel body are coinciding by the plan and the area with these halves, and in which the lower part of elastic gaskets is located, the depth of cuts is set taking into account placement between bases the shortened halves of roots and bottom of cuts of elastic gaskets of thickness providing optimal operation of teeth in the mode of their impact load.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the gear wheel operation.
