FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gear wheels. Gear wheel consists of body, gear rim with teeth and pair of ring pads fixed on the teeth ends and parts of the ends of the body, adjacent to the gear rim, width of teeth of the toothed rim on sections of their heads is gradually varying and inversely proportional to independent of engagement pairing, boundary change of width of teeth is shifted towards the tops of teeth. Width of teeth on sections of their legs is made similarly, and the boundary of the change of width of teeth on sections of their heads and feet are displaced in the side of tops and bases of teeth on half the value of axial clearance of gear transmission. Teeth in their central cross sections have asymmetrical shape relative to central plane of rotation of the toothed rim. One half of all teeth arranged on the side of one end of the toothed rim have full height of legs and heads with sections dupery and single pair gearings. Second half of all teeth arranged on the side of the other end of the toothed rim, have only sections with single pair gearings, increased according to height of teeth in the side of their tips and bases on the value of forementioned displacement.
EFFECT: increase of strength of gear teeth.
