SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by shaping frequency-shift signals with time diversity as a sequence of repetitions of the transmitted message, while before every repetition of the message the discrete information in it undergoes a bit-by-bit inversion, and at the reception before averaging of repetitions inversion of signal estimation is performed at signal frequencies.
EFFECT: increase in the probability of correct message reception by reducing the effect of slow frequency selective fades and compensating for the unevenness of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the transmit/receive path.
