FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, biotechnology and medical genetics, and can be used to predict the risk of severe preeclampsia. DNA is recovered from peripheral venous blood leukocytes. Examined are polymorphic loci of genes TBX2, OBFC1, RGL3, BAG6, AC026703.1. In case of detecting a combination of polymorphic loci rs8068318 CC TBX2 × rs4387287 AA OBFC1 × rs167479 GG RGL3 × rs805303 AA BAG6 × rs1173771 GG AC026703.1, high risk of severe preeclampsia is predicted.
EFFECT: method provides obtaining new criteria for assessing the risk of developing severe preeclampsia in Russian women based on data on interlocus interaction of polymorphic loci rs8068318 of the TBX2 gene, rs4387287 of the OBFC1 gene, rs167479 of the RGL3 gene, rs805303 of the BAG6 gene, rs1173771 of the AC026703_1 gene.
