FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: said pClcRFP plasmid encodes production of a hybrid fluorescent protein RFP to determine bioavailable chlorinated catechols, their analogs and heavy metals. The nucleotide sequence of pClcRFP plasmid is shown in Fig. 2. This plasmid is derived from the pGEM-T vector, with a promoter region of clc operon (421 bp), full-length clcR (912 bp) gene, clcR-clcA intergenic space (222 bp), the initial part of coding sequence clcA (252 bp) and red fluorescent protein rfp gene introduced under the T7 promoter. This rfp gene is combined with this part of the coding sequence of clcA gene in the reading frame.

EFFECT: invention allows to detect bioavailable chlorinated catechols, their analogs and heavy metals in natural media.
