FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to plastic surgery, combustiology, and concerns the treatment of patients with deep thermal burns. Method involves the use of cells of the stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue. For this, after stabilization of the general condition of the patient and when the positive dynamics of the local process in the wound is reached during the planned surgical treatment of burned surfaces, adipose tissue is taken in the lower third of the anterior abdominal wall by syringe liposuction. Stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue is isolated by enzymatic treatment from the obtained lipoaspirate. Immediately during the surgical procedure, a suspension of viable cells of the stromal-vascular fraction of adipose tissue is administered in an amount of 15×106 or 10×106 in a volume of 2–4 ml of a suspension of 10–15 points around each wound surface.
EFFECT: method provides for the regulation and activation of immune and reparative processes in the dermis, complete restoration of the damaged vascular network and lost skin without rough cicatricial changes, creating, among other things, favorable conditions for engrafting transplanted skin grafts.
