FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: physical effect (x-ray, acoustic, thermal or combined effects) is provided on the cells of animal tissues. Then, blood is collected, followed by the preparation of smears, their colouring with differential dyes. Images of the preparations are obtained using a recording device. The images are analyzed in the HarFA program. At that, the regression equations are constructed with subsequent selection of the partitioning step in the range from 0.1 to 0.001, the colour combinations BW, B+BW, W+BW. The histograms shape, fractal spectrum amplitude, and fractal dimensions are analyzed in two combinations of BW and B+BW. When the absolute value of the amplitude changes and if there is a lack of histograms self-similarity before and after the physical effect, a conclusion is made about a change in the state of the biological object.

EFFECT: revealing of changes in the cellular structure of biological objects at different stages of the disease and under various affecting factors.
