FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for blood diagnosing for the presence of parasitic diseases based on leukogram change after an ultrasound impact includes: exposure of blood samples placed in a thermostatically controlled cuvette to a running modulated ultrasonic wave; blood samples treatment under absolutely identical conditions; maintaining of constant sample temperature in cuvettes with flow cooling and analysis of the cells morphological state by light microscopy; at the beginning of erythrocytes hemolysis after 18-30 seconds, 1.7-3.5 times decrease in the lymphocytes number, and 1.5-4.0 times decrease of segmented neutrophils, nuclei deformation and destruction and changes in the cytoplasm structure, its vacuolization, and also at a nuclear shift to the left, a parasitic disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows to quickly and effectively diagnose the presence of parasitic diseases.
