FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises exposing the blood samples of volume from 1 ml to 1.5 ml, placed in a cuvette, of continuous travelling ultrasonic wave with a frequency of 880 kHz with the intensity of from 0.05 to 0.1 W/cm2 with exposure to blood of animals for 15-30 seconds, processing of blood samples in exactly equal conditions, maintaining a constant temperature of samples in cuvettes with direct-flow cooling and analysis of the morphological state of the cells by the methods of light microscopy. In reducing the number of lymphocytes and changing the number of neutrophils the presence of the disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention enables to register the presence of deterioration of the hematological parameters of diseased animals and to diagnose the presence or absence of the disease in the leukogram change.
